File Transfer Protocol (FTP), is the simplest way to exchange files between computers on the internet. FTP allows computers connected to the internet to exchange files, regardless of the computer platform. These might be hi resolution color image files or large pdfs. FTP is as simple as "copy and paste". Large files that may return as "undeliverable" due to email size restrictions are transferred easily using ftp.
